ROCKET
NO TIER
STEP 1
Progress to Round 20 and make sure that you are in the non-destroyed (Past) Nuke Town. Progress until you get a dog round. At the end of the round, turn a dog with a Psych Grenade or the Brain Rot Ammo Mod. The dog will sit down and you must interact with it. If you were not able to do so, not a big deal, just try again on another dog round.
