STEP 1
The entire relic is literally just reach round 20 without taking damage. If you are playing with more than one player only one person has to do this. Also, Hell Hounds fire that falls on the ground doesn't count. Its only taking a hit by an enemy. The best strategy is to camp on top of the castle with toxic growth.
STEP 2
Once you reach round 20 without getting hit the portal will spawn in it will be located to the left of Wisp Tea. The challenge is zombies will only take damage when you are over healed. To become over healed, all you have to do is melee a cherry blossom tree three times to activate it. When staying underneath it for a while it is activated it will heal you over time going pass your max health. Thats when you will be able to damage them.
