The first part (cat doll) is located near speed cola. Second location is on a barrel near Double Tap, and the final location is in the kitchen.
1st Location
The second part (bell) is located on the roof rafter as you exit spawn from the left side. Second location is on the broken-down building near depth perception perk machine. Third bell is located far left side of the map near Melee Macchiato.
2nd Location
The third part (white doll) is located on the ground across PHD. Second location is on top of a table behind the mask wall.
3rd Location
STEP 2
Now that you have the Maneki-Neko we need to upgrade it. There are going to be 3 parts that you will need to pick up luckily there always in the same place every game you play
STEP 3
The first part will be located on a bookshelf in front of double Tap it's going to be matches. The second part is located in the kitchen inside of the stove its charcoal. The last part is located behind the big wall; all you got to do is activate the trap and reload behind the wall. This will drop white power on the ground for you to pick up. Once you collect all three parts go back to the same bench you craft it to upgrade it.
